Recently when working on one of our painting projects we came across a large area of render that was close to falling off, we quickly notified our client and we organised an emergency repair.

We removed all loose render and prepared the area to be re rendered, we consulted with Engineers regarding the repair spec and then executed this as per their recommendations. The client was relieved given the potential outcome of the render failing and falling onto the awning over a busy side path.

The end result looks fantastic and helps to finish off the newly painted facade.
